Liza has a deep love for the traditional Ashtanga Yoga Mysore practice and teaches to ignite that love in her students. She believes that the physical practice of Ashtanga Yoga allows us to become better humans in the world. The method becomes our path to becoming more compassionate, happy, resilient, present and ultimately, more evolved beings on the physical, mental and spiritual plane.
